Digital products, downloadable items, and gift cards are non-refundable.

Custom Services
Custom-made, personalized, or special-order products are non-returnable.
Orders created specifically based on customer preferences cannot be refunded.

Template Issues
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
This ensures faster processing and availability of the desired item.
